Tucked away on the scenic Isle of Gigha, off the west coast of Scotland, lies a hidden gem that’s brewing up a storm. Our microbrewery is dedicated to crafting unique, small-batch beers that capture the essence of this stunning Hebridean island. From the crisp, refreshing taste of our Lager to the rich, malty flavour of our Golden ale, every pint is a love letter to this special place.

I’ve cleaned and changed this airlock about 4 times yesterday and twice this morning! It’s a rebrew of our super popular ipa with added Thiol powder and fermented with Verdant IPA yeast. It’s due a dry hop of Citra, Talus and bru-1 in the next couple of days then some into keg and some into cask. Very successful bar install in newly refurbished Gigha hotel. A solo pillar font, 1/4pt g-class handpull with water jacket in chrome to match the fonts and a 4 head cobra font. In the cellar a 6 line hydrocarbon cooler (super efficient), cask Aspirator and a cask saddle and jacket.
